Welcome to OnlineLiveSupport. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website located at onlinelivesupport.com and our SaaS CRM platform. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.
1. Access and Use of the Service
OnlineLiveSupport grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our platform for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
- You must not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- You must comply with Meta's official WhatsApp Business API policies and guidelines when connecting via official APIs.
2. Subscription and Billing
Certain parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. We offer a free 3-day trial which requires no credit card. If you wish to continue using the service after the trial, a valid payment method must be provided.
3. Uptime and Reliability
We strive to provide a 99.9% Uptime SLA for our platform. However, our services may be interrupted for scheduled maintenance, or for reasons beyond our control (such as WhatsApp server outages). We will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from such downtime.
4. Data and Privacy
Your privacy is critically important to us. Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of personal data as outlined therein.
